Pesto od sremuša

Zeleno, volim te, zeleno.

Potrebno vam je:

  • 100 gr listova sremuša
  • 50 gr oraha
  • 50 gr parmezana
  • 100 ml maslinovog ulja
  • Malo soli
  • Kašičica limunovog soka

Prvo u secku usitniti orahe, dodati oprane i osušene listove sremuša i polovinu ulja. Kad se sjedini dodati ostatak ulja, malo soli, limunov sok i parmezan.
U frižideru moze da stoji 10ak dana, a može da se zamrzne u posudi za led, pa da se čuva u zamrzivaču i stavlja u jela po potrebi.
